Term And Conditons

RATES                        
Unless otherwise agreed upon, all rates are quoted in US dollars and subject 1% for government tax.                        

RESERVATIONS AND CONFIRMATION.                        
All reservation for services should be made by letter, email or facsimile through Asia Collection Tur office. Reservations should be made prior to departure.                
All replies and official confirmation will be made by facsimile / e-mail within 24 hours.                        

PAYMENT, VOUCHER AND CANCELLATION                        
Full payment must be made by cash, telegraphic transfer or credit card and received two weeks prior to arrival at the first point.                        
Failure to comply this may result in cancellation of all reservation without prior notice.                          

Cancellation / No Show Policy :                        
cancellation charges are levied for now show clients and charge of reservation or cancellation of booking without prior notice to Asia Collection Tur                        
High Season                : 21 days prior to the arrival one night charges                        
Low Season                 : 07 days prior to the arrival one night charges                        
All Season                   : Any no show full stay charges                        
Name changes are not allowed.Each name changed recived will be considered as a cancellation of the orginal booking                        

Check in & check out Policy :                        
Normal time of check in @ 14:00 hours & check out 12:00 hours                        
Should the guest be arriving prior to 0900 hrs, 01 night charges                        
Late check out till 18:00 Hrs - 50% off the full nightly rate based on Best available rate                        
Late check out after  18:00 Hrs - 100% off the full nightly rate based on Best available rate                        

Telegraphic transfer should be made payable to.

Asia Collection Tur will not be held responsible for any loss, damages, injuries including death, delays, irregularities, etc. Which are beyond our control. Asia Collection Tur reserve the rights to change the arrangement with or without notice if found in the best interest of all parties concerned.
